Breathe Free (formerly Breath of Life) was created by Sarah to assist in situations of respiratory distress. The distinctive scent of eucalyptus is prevalent, but mitigated by the inclusion of a variety of other oils also intended to have positive benefits. We dilute it and apply it to the chest when battling colds, coughs, and congestion. This puts the oil into a good position for inhalation. This blend may also be applied to the soles of the feet (a good application location for most oils).

Ingredients: A proprietary blend of eucalyptus radiata, ravensara, pine, peppermint, bay laurel, eucalyptus globulus, bergamot, lemon, thyme, rosemary and frankincense  that may provide relief in certain respiratory situations. One of our most popular blends.

Size: 15 ml bottle.

Suggested Application: Dilute and apply to the chest region or bottom of the feet. May also be diffused.

Cautions: Skin sensitivity possible with some individuals. If irritation occurs, dilute with additional carrier (or vegetable) oil and discontinue use.
