Frankincense was prized anciently for religious and health benefits and was highly regarded by the Egyptians. It's enduring value is demonstrated by the fact that it was offered to the baby Jesus after his birth. Historical records indicate that Frankincense was valued for respiratory issues, for meditation and calming, and as a skin tonic for a variety of ailments. Frankincense is recognized as being safe, even during pregnancy. We use it sparingly because it gives David strange dreams. A close relative found it helpful for arresting seizures experienced by her daughter.
This specific source for Frankincense is one that is not readily available, even from the wholesaler. It is only able to be purchased by long-term customers and is of a higher grade that other Frankincense sources currently available.

My daughter, who is a Hospice R.N., started me using Frankincense daily as a cancer preventative. I put two drops under my tongue in the morning and evening. I have also been using it topically with lavender on several raised skin blemishes I have, and they are going down in size.
