We started this business so that we could use high quality essential oils without paying the equally high prices so common in the "big" companies. In past years we have invited our customers to our home so they can smell and test the oils in order to verify that a particular oil will suit their needs. Though this is not possible through the internet, there are still elements of our business that work according to "down-home" principles. We favor substance over style.

First, we do not make fancy labels. The quality inside the bottle is what matters--not the image on the outside. If that philosophy does not jive with you, there are many good companies who will welcome your business. However, if you agree with that philosophy, you will find that our labels, which are printed on our home computer printer, work sufficiently well to let you know what is inside. Indeed, the simplicity of these labels saves a lot of cost.

Second, we don't offer very many sales or discounts. Our prices are already low for the quality of the product you are purchasing. To play a game and price them higher just so we can offer an attractive discount only means that we were charging too much in the first place. We won't play that game.

Third, we won't annoy you with junk mail, e-mails, or phone calls. In fact, we average about two mass e-mails a year. We know that you are perfectly able to visit our site when you need to stock up.

Fourth, though we label our bottles as having 15 ml, the truth is that it is super time-consuming to measure out exactly 15 ml in bottles which are full at 19 or 20 ml. So, we save ourselves the time and fill the bottles more. Whether they actually have 16, 17, or 18 ml, you can be assured that they have more than 15!

Lastly, we live lives outside of essential oils. We sell oils because David gets a kick out of running a company and Sarah likes to share her opportunity for great prices with others. When you call, you'll find us in the middle of life. That means we may give you a ring back at a better time when we can devote our attention to your needs. Though this might seem inconvenient, we still hold our children as our highest priority and they must come first.
