Returns Policy

As you might expect, we generally cannot accept returns. Opened bottles of product are not re-sellable. If you would like to test the oils to see if they meet your expectations, please make a small order before ordering a large amount. If your small order is satisfactory, you can be confident that the other products are equally satisfactory.

If circumstances require you to return unopened product, we are happy to give you store credit, as long as the return is postmarked within 14 days of receipt. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Of course, if we make a mistake on your order that requires a return, we will pay for the return shipping or work out other arrangements with you.

Shipping

We currently ship products within the United States of America, generally by Priority Mail with the USPS. We will notify you immediately if a product is not currently in stock and work out an agreeable solution.

Shipping Costs

In the last year or so, we the cost of shipping has increased surprisingly fast. Because of this, we have had to adjust our shipping prices.

Our shipping costs can be understood as follows:

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $200

Orders of 0-.6 lbs (excluding packaging): $7.50 (This is typically 1-4 bottles of essential oil)

Orders of .6-5 lbs (excluding packaging): $10.50 (This is typically 5-40 bottles of essential oil OR 1-5 lbs of Organic Sulphur).

Orders of 5-10 lbs: $18.50
